What sizes do you carry?

We carry sizes XXS through XXL for harnesses and XS through L for collars. Please refer to our Size Guide to find the perfect fit for your pup.

How do I measure my dog?

Use a soft tape measure to measure your dog's neck and chest at the widest point. If your dog falls between two sizes, always choose the larger size.

What is your shipping fee?

We offer island-wide delivery across Barbados for a flat fee of $20 BBD.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing. You'll be contacted to arrange delivery once your order is ready.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Please visit our Return & Exchange Policy page for full details.

How do I care for my dog's harness or collar?

We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water. Lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying to maintain the quality and shape of the product.
