At Island Pups Barbados, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges

If your pup needs a different size or you'd like to exchange for another product, we're happy to arrange an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Items not in their original condition or packaging

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
